I called Jim to ask about septic pumping. He was so knowledgeable and helpful over the phone. He even came by the house that same day to check out our septic. He was honest and his prices were extremely fair! We had our septic tank pumped and Jim and his contractor answered all of my questions and were so patient with me. I highly recommend Jim!!!

Jim's Septic Service went above and beyond to get out to our farmhouse to empty and inspect our septic on short notice due to the sale of our house. Provided great service and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend Jim's Septic Service to everyone. We will use them again!
